Gentle Hatha Yoga
Come for the Zen, leave with so much more.
These classes are geared specifically for those brand new to practicing, returning to the mat from a hiatus, or those who are seeking a gentle practice.
Together we’ll begin with breath work and warm-ups, lead to slower paced movements/poses (asanas) which focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility and end with calming breath and relaxation poses.
