Self Defense Seminar
13 years old and up
Participants will learn some basic and simple self-defense strategies. The techniques are easy to perform, don’t take a lot of practice, and are easy to remember and use if you ever need them.

Martial Arts Weapons Clinic
15 years old and up
In this clinic you’ll learn the basics of multiple traditional Martial Arts weapons and have a lot of fun as you try and master using them. swing some nunchucks, whack with a bo-staff, wield a sword, and toss some throwing stars!
