The Academy
Adult Self Defense:
For Adults and teens 15+ 
Participants will learn some basic and simple self-defense strategies. The techniques are easy to perform, don’t take a lot of practice, and are easy to remember and use if you ever need them.
 
Kids Bully Defense:
For kids ages 8 - 14 
Would you like your child to be more confident, assertive, and know how to handle bullies? The Academy is offering a Bully Defense class for kids ages 8 - 14. This fun and interactive program teaches children how to handle aggressive situations with fighting as the last option. Several non-physical concepts are taught and practiced by the students along with simple, non-confrontational defensive strategies against physical attacks.

Pre-registration is required
$5 per class
