The Town of Vernon would like to invite you to the 80th annual July in the Sky Fireworks
July 8th (rain date July 9th)
Fireworks show will begin after 9:00pm pending on darkness
Henry Park
* Gates open at 6:00pm
* Gates will close for entrance at 9pm or when park is full, whichever occurs first
* Car Entrance Fee: Cost $10 Cash Only (once parked, you cannot leave the event until the fireworks show is over at approximately 10pm)
*Walk In Entrance Fee: Cost $2/person Cash Only

- Live music by "Backtrax" band starting at 7:00pm
- Food vendors include Kona Ice, Ice Cream, Tom's Travelin' Coffee, Local Lemon Lemonade, Jeff's Kettle Corn, Fried Dough, Chicken Tenders, Rolling Smokehouse BBQ, and more

-Kids of all ages bring a non-motorized mode of transportation to parade (wagons, strollers, bikes, trikes, skateboards, roller blades, etc.)
-Meet behind Dollar General at Ladd & Hall parking lot
-5:30-6:15pm Decorating
-6:15-6:30pm Judging
-6:30pm Parade Begins
-All entries must have Red, White, and Blue decorations or clothing to participate. No pre-registration required
