Get ready to make a splash this summer! Gators Swim Team is a recreational swim program designed for swimmers of all skill levels, ages 5 to 18 (age as of July 1st), who are eager to improve their swimming abilities, build confidence in the water, and have fun in a team-oriented environment.
Program Highlights:
- Training Sessions: Swimmers will participate in regular practice sessions focused on improving stroke technique, endurance, and speed. Coaches will provide personalized feedback to help swimmers develop their skills in all four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
- Team Spirit: Beyond the pool, swimmers will be encouraged to support and motivate each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
- Swim Meets: Participants will have the opportunity to compete in local swim meets, where they can test their skills in a fun, competitive setting.
- Age and Skill Divisions: Whether you're a beginner just learning the basics or an advanced swimmer looking to fine-tune your performance, there are divisions for every level.
- Safety First: Our top priority is creating a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers. Lifeguards will be on duty during every practice session.

Program Duration: Tentatively June 24th through July 31st
Practice Schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays. Juniors 5:30pm-6:15pm, Seniors 6:15pm-7:15pm. There are no make ups for canceled practices. The coach may choose to invite more advanced Junior swimmers to attend the Senior practice.
Location: Horowitz Pool, 120 South Street
Registration Fee: $235 Residents, $300 Non-residents. Additional meet fees may be required. Per C.C.S.L. rules, non-resident members must live in a boarding Town AND not have their own in-town swim team participating in the C.C.S.L.

CCSL championships
There is an additional $3 splash fee for swimmers choosing to participate in CCSL Championships
July 30th in Rocky Hill, ages 11 and up
July 31st in Simsbury, ages 10 and under
Ages 12 and under will compete in the Juniors division. Ages 13-18 will compete in the Seniors division.
