Egg Hunt

Happy Spring!
 
Due to the weather, we are altering our Annual Egg Hunt scheduled for today, Thursday, March 28 to be a DRIVE-THRU.
 
-Enter Henry Park from South Street. 
-Drive to the Horowitz Pool Parking lot (past the ball fields and tennis courts), where you will stop at a Parks & Rec pop up tent.
-Mayor Champagne and the Bunny will hand out a bag filled with eggs (one bag per child aged 8 and under).
-Please have your passenger side window down and be ready to accept the bag.
-Then proceed to exit either straight towards McLean St, up Tower Rd or you may circle through the Little League parking lot on the left to exit back onto South St.
 
We ask that you still come during your age group slot:
                2yr olds=5:30-5:45pm
                5&6yr olds=5:45-6:00pm
                3&4yr olds=6:00-6:15pm
                7&8yr olds=6:15-6:30pm
 
If you have children in more than one age group, attend the youngest child’s time slot and accept all children’s bags at that time. Do not circle back around for another time slot.
 
Please be mindful of traffic and prompt receiving of the eggs as we will need to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly.
 
Reminder, this event is for VERNON residents only and for those ages 8 and under.
 
Hand out will end promptly at 6:30pm
