Pre-school aged children enjoying a run across a field
Get outside and enjoy the spring weather with Miss Pat!  Participants will learn about stretching, warming up/cooling down, practice agility and balance, and other fundamental basics for the sport of Track and Field through fun drills and games.  They will even have a chance to run on the track at RHS!
